No Refunds or Returns

Once a booking is made and confirmed, it is non-refundable and cannot be returned. This policy applies to all our services, including exotic car rentals, yachts, private jets, and mansions.

Exception: Vehicle Unavailability

If the vehicle or service you booked becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you an alternative of equal or greater value. If no suitable alternative is available, we will issue a full refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect the vehicle or service upon reception and contact us immediately if there is any defect, damage, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right, either by providing a replacement or offering a suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Items
